Breathe Fire Punishers are designed to be more challenging, more intense and MORE FUN than any workout you've done before!
These 3 hour training sessions are for the intermediate to advanced recruit. It is strategically developed by Breathe Fire with plenty of variety and necessary recovery time to ensure success. What we need from you is determination, a willingness to push your boundaries and at times work together as a team. Here's a little example format:
• high intensity cardiovascular interval training
• own body weight resistance work
• isolated and compound functional exercises
• static strength work
• team challenges
• postural and balance work
• shallow water work (knee deep)
• core control and abdominal blast
• extreme flexibility
